• Mainland Spain and Andorra: €6

• Canary Islands: €13

• Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €8

• Portugal: €9

• Rest of Europe: Please contact us for shipping rates.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

• Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: Home deliveries take approximately 2–3 business days.

• Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Home deliveries take approximately 5 business days. Please note that customs clearance may cause an additional delay of 2–3 business days.

• Rest of Europe: Home deliveries take approximately 3–5 business days from the date your order is placed.

WHICH COURIER WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?

For deliveries within Spain and Portugal, we primarily work with Correos. International orders are shipped via SEUR.

WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your order can be delivered to any address of your choice. If you're not available when the courier attempts delivery, they will contact you to arrange a new delivery date and time that works for you.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Of course! Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS WORK?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link and number, allowing you to check your order's status at any time.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or other fees may apply.

Safair is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees paid at checkout.

Please note that customs clearance procedures may also cause delivery delays.
