PRODUCT AND ORDERS
Before the official launch of our collection, we offer the opportunity to purchase our garments during the previous week. As you know, we strive to guarantee quality in fabrics, the uniqueness of the collection and exclusivity by offering very limited units that will not be produced again.
For this reason, we always recommend our clients to take advantage of the pre-sale option, since they will be the first to receive them. Orders will be shipped the day before the official collection launch, meaning you'll only have to wait a few days to receive your order at home.
In each garment, you will find a special section called 'Size Guide', where you can consult the specific measurements to choose the size that best suits you.

At Safair we offer very limited units of each product, thus ensuring exclusivity.
This practice allows us to optimize production and create truly exclusive collections.
Therefore, we encourage you to purchase our garments in pre-sale or as soon as the collection is launched, to guarantee your order.
To ensure fast delivery, once your order has been validated, unfortunately we cannot cancel it.
However, if you need to add or modify any size, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible at hola@safairstore.com .

Your basket is not reserved automatically. At Safair, we offer very limited units, so we recommend that you complete your purchase as soon as possible to secure your order.
Don't forget to sign up for our 'Notify me when available' list. Often when updating our stock some sizes may become available again.
SHIPPING
You will receive your peninsular shipment in 24-48 hours. Regarding shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, delivery may take from 5 to 12 business days.
If your order is less than €120, mainland shipping costs will be €6. If your order exceeds €120, shipping will be free
Delivery times for the rest of Europe are 6 to 8 business days and for international orders it is approximately 12 to 14 business days.
If your shipment is international, shipping costs will be calculated based on origin.
Once your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address associated with your account.
You will also receive a link where you can track your order.
PAYMENTS AND RETURNS
Once your order has been validated you will receive your invoice in the confirmation email.
We accept the following bank cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.
Payments made with PayPal are also authorized.
You have 15 days to make any return or exchange, whether it’s to change the size, color, for another product, or a gift card that never expires.
We’re extending the return period for orders placed between November 19th and January 10th for all your holiday purchases! Additionally, all Safair shipments come with very special packaging, ready to gift, featuring an illustration of one of our favorite places and a handcrafted ceramic Christmas ornament to decorate your favorite spot.
For purchases made from November 19th onwards, returns can only be exchanged for another product or a gift card. These returns will be accepted until January 10th or 15 days after the purchase date, whichever is longer. Orders placed before this date will have the standard 15-day return window.

Safair is not responsible for delivery logistics costs in the event of requesting a refund.
Put the garments in perfect condition in the box to return the package.
The garments must be returned in perfect condition, unused and with their tags. Once we receive your return, we will make sure everything is as expected to approve the refund.
*Safair reserves the right to reject returns after the deadline or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were sent.
