1. Object
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "GTC") regulate the sale of products offered by ESTHER YÁÑEZ Piña NIF: 45118835B with registered office at Calle de Nicasio Gallego 14 4ºE 28010 Madrid, as well as the SAFAIR brand (hereinafter, "Us" or "The Company") through the website www.safairstore.com (hereinafter, "The Website"), as well as the obligations and rights derived from the contractual relationship between Safair and the client (hereinafter, "You" or "The Client").
2. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Contract
Placing an order through our Website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC by the Customer. Ignorance of these conditions may not be claimed as an excuse for failure to comply with the obligations established therein.
3. Products and Prices
The products offered on the Website are described as accurately as possible. However, errors or omissions may occur in product descriptions, and we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information provided.
Product prices are quoted in Euros and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs will be added to the order total and will be clearly specified before you make the payment.

The products in our online store include a photograph and their basic characteristics, provided by the manufacturer. The color of the product, as shown in the photograph, is not binding. The color of the product is identified in its characteristics.

All products offered on our website are covered by the supplier's sales guarantee. SAFAIR provides after-sales service that customers can use during the warranty period. In addition, your credit card details are entered directly on the bank's website, in the Virtual POS (Stripe), and are not entered or recorded on any SAFAIR server. At the time of payment, you will be connected directly to the Stripe electronic payment platform.

When you pay with VISA or MASTERCARD, you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiration date and a Validation Code that matches the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, which is an additional guarantee for the security of the transaction.
This payment method is only valid on the SAFAIR website.
When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using a payment card number, the cardholder may demand immediate cancellation of the charge. In such case, the corresponding debit and credit entries will be made as soon as possible in the accounts of the supplier and the cardholder.
However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the request for a refund was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal and, therefore, the holder had improperly demanded the cancellation of the charge, the latter will be liable to SAFAIR for compensation for any damages caused as a result of the cancellation.
Exchange fees and bank commissions will be borne by the customer.
